Business Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Business Relationship Manager to drive strategic alignment and strengthen key client relationships. You will act as the primary liaison between our enterprise customers and delivery teams, ensuring our technology solutions match their business goals.

Ideal candidates possess outstanding negotiation skills, deep technical understanding of enterprise environments, and a passion for helping organizations scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain robust long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Conduct regular strategic business reviews to analyze customer satisfaction and product adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with internal product, development, and support teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue across enterprise accounts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for the engineering teams.

Qualifications, Competency & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technology field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or client-facing relationship roles within SaaS or tech consulting.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate customer metrics and identify trends.
