UX Designer

About the Role

We are searching for a UX Designer to design intuitive, high-fidelity digital interfaces for our products. You will turn user research into wireframes, user flows, and dynamic interactive designs.

This is a collaborative role where you'll advocate for the user at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, site maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts.
• Design clean, modern, and accessible visual interfaces in alignment with our design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytical insights.

Qualifications, Competency & Skills Required

• Degree or certification in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent portfolio.
• 3+ years of experience designing complex web and mobile products.
• Expertise in modern design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, grids, and accessibility standards.
