Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between sales and engineering. You'll partner with account managers during client discovery, design custom architectures, and deliver technical demos.

This is a highly visible role combining deep technical expertise with outstanding communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective B2B clients to understand their architectural needs.
• Deliver detailed, persuasive product demos showcasing technical integrations and API capabilities.
• Author technical proposals, RFP responses, and system integration diagrams.
• Collaborate with product engineers to specify custom integrations or feature requests for high-value deals.
• Develop code samples and technical guides to support customer engineers during onboarding.

Qualifications, Competency & Skills Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent background.
• 3+ years of software development or solutions engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, cloud architectures, and databases.
• Persuasive communicator who excels at translating technical jargon to business leaders.
