IT Support Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain our hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You'll ensure our team has the support and tools they need to operate seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain company hardware (laptops, servers, routers) and SaaS access.
• Provide prompt technical support to team members face-to-face and via Slack/ticketing queues.
• Monitor office network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage backup protocols.
• Conduct regular IT security audits, updating antivirus software and managing firewalls.
• Organize employee onboarding IT training on security practices and tool usage.

Qualifications, Competency & Skills Required

• Degree in IT, Computer Network Systems, or equivalent certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA).
• 2+ years of hardware/software troubleshooting experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience managing macOS, Windows, and enterprise networks.
• Exceptional customer service skills and patience.
